Edward Ganster

Edward Ganster is a Lecturer in the Department of International Hospitality and Service Innovation at Saunders College of Business, Rochester Institute of Technology. His teaching focuses on beverage studies, food production, and hospitality management. He holds a BS and MS from RIT.
