Daniel Vollmer

Daniel Vollmer is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He holds a PhD from Oregon State University, where his research focused on sensory and flavor chemistry of dry-hopped beer, under Dr. Tom Shellhammer.
