Edward Fuller

Edward Fuller is a Professor of Education in the Department of Education Policy Studies at Pennsylvania State University's College of Education. His work focuses on educator quality, distribution, and retention, alongside equity in education and rural-urban disparities. He contributes to policy analysis through the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy Analysis (CEEPA) and the Center on Rural Education and Communities (CREC).
