Rt. Rev. Edward Donalson III, DMin is a Professor and core faculty member at Seattle University's School of Theology and Ministry, serving as Director of the Doctor of Ministry program. He holds roles as Senior Pastor of Kingdom Family Worship Center Int’l and Presiding Prelate of Freedom Assemblies Worldwide. A CEIE Provost Fellow and expert in intersectional theology, his work addresses systemic injustices rooted in imperialism, anti-Blackness, capitalism, and cisheteropatriarchy.

His research emphasizes intersectional theology as a transformative discipline. Key publications include #BlackLivesMatter: Toward an Intersectional Theology and In My Own Words: The Contemplative Life of a 21st Century Bishop. Dr. Donalson’s pastoral leadership spans denominations, including roles as Dean of The College of Affirming Bishops and Senior Bishop in the Fellowship of Affirming Ministries. His advocacy bridges theological scholarship with grassroots activism.
