Eduardo Malagón

Eduardo Malagón is a Professor and researcher in the Department of Public Policy and Economic History at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), based in the Gipuzkoa section of the Faculty of Economics and Business. His career focuses on rural development policies, public policy evaluation, and food sovereignty. He has been involved in evaluating rural development programs in the Basque Country since 1999 and has contributed to research on alternative food systems and policy coherence since 2014. Malagón holds a PhD in Development Studies from UPV/EHU and is part of the HEGOA Institute's research group on public policy analysis.
