Eduardo Lalla-Ruiz is an Associate Professor in Logistics and Operations Research at the Department of High Tech Business and Entrepreneurship (HBE) at the University of Twente, Netherlands. He serves as educational director for the Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) bachelor and master programmes.
