Edralin Lucas

Edralin Lucas is a Regents Professor in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at Oklahoma State University's College of Education and Human Sciences, holding the Jim and Lynn Williams Professorship since 2005. Originally from the Philippines, she earned her PhD in Analytical Chemistry at OSU in 1995 and has established herself as a leading researcher in nutrition science.

Her educational foundation includes a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Oklahoma State University (1995), which informs her interdisciplinary approach to nutritional research.
