Ed Béchard-Torres is an Assistant Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University's Lincoln Alexander School of Law. His research examines intersections of constitutional law, human rights, and political economy, with a comparative focus on Global North/South jurisdictions. Previously, he was a Scholar in Residence at NYU's Center for Human Rights and Global Justice and practiced commercial litigation in Quebec.
