Ebru MORGÜL is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology (English) at Uskudar University's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the International Islamic University Malaysia (2016), following a Master's in Clinical and Counseling Psychology (2007) and a B.Sc. in Psychology from Istanbul University (1997). Her research focuses on youth studies, social identity dynamics, health psychology, and qualitative methodologies. She actively contributes to academic governance through roles as a Member of Commission for Education and Academic Studies Processes at her institution.

- Research Interests: Explores how social identities form through perceptions of health, youth behavior, and belief systems, using qualitative approaches to analyze psychological well-being. Her work bridges cultural contexts with empirical methods, as seen in studies on typeface perception and linguistic paradigms.
- Administrative Roles: Currently chairs two university commissions: Education Commission (Institute/Faculty/Vocational School) and Academic Studies and Processes Commission, both ongoing since 2024.
