Eamon Nolan is a Lecturer at the Wexford Campus of South-East Technological University (SETU). He holds a PhD in Agriculture from the University of Edinburgh (2017) and a Bachelor's in Animal and Crop Production from University College Dublin (2012). His research focuses on sustainable food systems, organic and local food production, and consumer perceptions of food sustainability. He actively organizes conferences on biodiversity and sustainability, including the 2024 and 2025 editions of 'The Business of Biodiversity Workshop.' Nolan's work bridges academic research with practical consumer insights, emphasizing the intersection of environmental stewardship and food accessibility.
