EMİNE CAN is a Research Assistant at the Department of Midwifery, Faculty of Health Sciences, Gaziantep University, Turkey. She holds a Master's degree in Midwifery (2020) from Çukurova University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Midwifery at Ege University (since 2020). Her research focuses on midwifery practices, reproductive health, postpartum care, and the psychological impact of pandemics on healthcare students.

She is a member of the EBEARGE Association (2020) and the Turkish Midwives Association (2019). Prior to her academic role, she worked as a midwife at the Turkish Ministry of Health (2012–2019).
