E. Shirl Donaldson is an Assistant Professor of Engineering at the College of Innovation and Technology, The University of Michigan-Flint. With a Ph.D. in Industrial Technology from Purdue University (2012), she brings extensive industry experience from her family's manufacturing firm, focusing on entrepreneurship, project management, and STEM education. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and active in the Project Management International (PMI) community.
