معرفی
Dušan P. Malenov is an Assistant Professor at the Department of General and Inorganic Chemistry, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade. Born on February 21, 1987, in Vršac, he holds a doctorate in Chemical Sciences from the same institution (2018). His academic journey includes roles as Researcher-intern (2013–2015), Assistant (2016–2019), and Assistant with PhD (2019–2022) before attaining his current position.
Research Focus
Malenov's work centers on computational chemistry, particularly noncovalent interactions involving π-systems, stacking phenomena in non-aromatic and metal-chelate systems, and crystallography. His research integrates quantum chemical calculations with experimental crystallography to explore molecular recognition and material design, with emphasis on transition metal complexes.
