Dunja Robotti is an honorary professor at the University of Music Würzburg, specializing in piano performance and accompaniment for string instruments. She has been a lecturer for string classes at the Nuremberg University of Music since 2009 and was appointed honorary professor in 2016.
Robotti was born to Italian-German parents in Brussels and received her musical education at the Conservatoire Royal and the Berlin University of the Arts, studying piano with Hans Leygraf and Georg Sava, as well as song interpretation with Aribert Reimann and Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau. Her education was further enriched through masterclasses with renowned musicians including Vitalij Margulis, György Sebök, György Sàndor, and Lev Naumov.
An internationally acclaimed pianist, Robotti specializes in accompaniment for cello and double bass and currently supports masterclasses with Professors Dorin Marc, Dominik Wagner, and Jakob Spahn. She has performed regularly as a soloist, chamber musician, and accompanist since the age of ten in Europe's most prestigious concert venues including the Berlin Philharmonie, Berlin Konzerthaus, Cologne Philharmonie, Munich Herkulessaal, and Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris. Her artistic activities also include radio productions for major German broadcasters and various CD recordings.

As a dedicated educator, Robotti has served as a tutor for song accompaniment at the Berlin University of the Arts during her studies, followed by several years as a lecturer for cello accompaniment. She continues to develop young talents at the University of Music Würzburg. Beyond traditional teaching, she finds inspiration in experimental projects such as the three-piano ensemble 'Xinowa Sej' and is a founding member of the pocket operetta 'Mann trifft Frau.'
Robotti maintains an active performance schedule as a long-time accompanist at the Carl Flesch Academy in Baden-Baden and the Liechtenstein Masterclasses in Vaduz. She regularly performs with chamber music groups Ensemble Mediterrain and Duo Viennese.
