Duccio BASOSI is an Associate Professor of History of International Relations at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. He serves as Vice-Coordinator of the Observatory of Politics and International Relations (OPRI). His research focuses on international political economy between the 1960s and 1990s, particularly energy policies, US foreign relations, and Cold War dynamics. He holds a PhD from the University of Florence and has held visiting scholar positions at institutions including Georgia State University and the University of São Paulo.
