Dragana Cetojevic-Simin

Dragana Cetojević-Simin is a Professor at Singidunum University, where she serves as head of undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies for the Environment and Sustainable Development program since April 2024. She obtained her full professor title in biology in March 2021 and previously earned the title of scientific adviser in biotechnical sciences in January 2016.

Her recent publications demonstrate a strong focus on plant bioactives, particularly pomace and fruit extracts, with applications in food science, cancer research, and environmental remediation. The research shows interdisciplinary collaboration across chemistry, biology, and environmental science, with emphasis on sustainable approaches to waste valorization and natural product utilization.
