Dragan Vujić

Dr. Dragan Vujić serves as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Agronomy, University of Kragujevac (Čačak campus) since 2013. His academic journey spans physics and agricultural sciences, reflecting a unique interdisciplinary trajectory.

His educational background includes:

• BSc in Natural Sciences and Mathematics (Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Kragujevac, 1987)
• PhD in Theoretical Physics of Condensed Matter (Faculty of Physics, Belgrade, 2001)

Research interests bridge fundamental physics and applied agricultural science, with focus on biotechnology applications in agronomy. His work aligns with the Faculty's publication in Acta Agriculturae Serbica and participation in the International Biotechnology Symposium. Current projects emphasize domestic agricultural technological development.

Professional experience includes postdoctoral research at the University of Toronto (2002-2009) and prior teaching positions in physics at Serbian institutions. He actively participates in four domestic Ministry of Science projects while contributing to doctoral dissertations and student research.
