Dragan Milošević is an Assistant Professor of Urban Hydrometeorology at Wageningen University & Research, Netherlands. He specializes in hydrometeorological measurements and modeling in urban environments, focusing on climate adaptation, urban heat resilience, and green infrastructure. His work contributes to projects like HERITAGE, addressing heat robustness in aging cities. He holds a PhD in Geosciences from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia (2018), and teaches courses such as MAQ35306 Urban Hydrometeorology. His research spans biometeorology, micro-climate analysis, and urban climate modeling, with a focus on mitigating urban heat island effects and enhancing outdoor thermal comfort.
