Dovev Lavie is a Professor of Management at Bocconi University's Department of Management and Technology. Previously, he served as Full Professor and Vice Dean at Technion's Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management. He holds a PhD in Management from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and MSc/BA degrees from Technion.
His research examines alliance portfolios, exploration-exploitation balancing, resource-based theory in technology industries, and societal solutions through cooperative economies. Recent publications analyze competitive-cooperative dynamics, innovation drivers, and organizational responses to industry misconduct.
