Douglas Seefeldt is an Associate Professor in the Department of History and Geography at Clemson University, part of the College of Arts and Humanities. Previously, he held positions at Ball State University and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research focuses on digital history, American West studies, and public memory. He earned his PhD in History from Arizona State University (2001), following degrees from Hampshire College (BA) and the University of Oregon (MA).
