Douglas Milewski is an Associate Professor of Undergraduate Theology at the Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology, affiliated with Seton Hall University. Since joining the faculty in 2001, he has played a pivotal role in developing academic programs, including co-authoring the B.A. in Catholic Studies (launched Fall 2002) and the B.A. in Catholic Theology (launched Fall 2007). From 2007 to 2014, he served as Assistant Dean and then Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies, alongside creating and teaching nearly 20 new graduate and undergraduate courses.

His research and teaching focus on the theology, literature, and history of early Christianity, particularly the works of the Church Fathers like Saint Augustine. He has led academic study tours to Italy, Poland, and Ireland, enriching student engagement with historical and theological contexts.
His publications appear in journals such as Augustinian Studies, The American Conservative, and The Chesterton Review. Notably, he co-edited the 2018 book The Life of Saint Neilos of Rossano, reflecting his expertise in Patristic theology and hagiography.
