Douglas Manuel is a Distinguished University Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa, with joint appointments in the C.T. Lamont Primary Health Care Research Centre (Family Medicine) and the School of Epidemiology and Public Health. His research focuses on public health systems, primary care effectiveness, and health equity, examining both real-world impacts of interventions and predictive modeling of community health outcomes.
