Douglas C. Dow, Ph.D. in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University (1998), is a faculty member at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is the author of Liberality: The Politics of Recognition and Redistribution in Eighteenth Century and Contemporary Liberal Thought.
