Doug Lynch is an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Management Studies program at Antioch University Santa Barbara. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and Managing Director of The Lynch Group, specializing in organizational effectiveness for industries like upstream oil and gas. Previously, he served as Founding Executive Director of the Goleta Entrepreneurial Magnet (GEM) and Founder of The REACH Group, which became a leader in implementing organizational programs for major oil companies.
