Dorothée BIZERAY is a teacher-researcher at UniLaSalle, affiliated with the College of Agricultural and Animal Sciences and the Department of Agrosciences Agronomy/Agriculture. Her primary roles include teaching courses in ethology, animal welfare, and digestive physiology, while leading research projects focused on animal behavior and welfare.

Her research expertise spans animal behavior, animal welfare, and the application of these principles to agricultural systems. She has contributed to projects like CASDAR SOLVL (impact of building floors on dairy cow welfare) and PARASOL (agroforestry systems' effects on ovine behavior and performance).
She supervises 4th and 5th-year engineering projects in Agronomy and Agro-industries and leads 5th-year dissertations in these fields. Additionally, she serves as head of the 1st-year Engineer in Agronomy and Agro-industries and Food and Health Engineer programs.
