Dr. Dorothy BARTHÉLEMY is a Professor at the School of Rehabilitation, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Montreal. Her primary affiliation is with the Interdisciplinary Research Centre in Rehabilitation (CRIR) at the Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal. She holds positions in both research and academic teaching.

- Ph.D. in Neurological Sciences, University of Montreal (2006)
- Postdoctoral Fellowships in Human Neurophysiology at the University of Copenhagen and Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital (2009)
Research Interests:
- Neuronal plasticity after central nervous system lesions
- Role of the motor cortex and vestibular system in balance and locomotion
- Non-invasive brain stimulation techniques for motor recovery
- Predictive biomarkers for motor recovery post-spinal cord injury
Grants & Projects:
- Principal Investigator on projects funded by CIHR, FRQS, and other agencies
- Leads initiatives like the CanStim-Qc Platform and Rick Hansen SPinal Cord Injury Registry
Labs & Teams:
Active member of the CRIR and affiliated with the RePAR Network (Quebec Rehabilitation Research Network).
