Dr. hab. Dorota Tomczuk is an Assistant Professor at the Department of German-language Literature and Culture, Institute of Literary Studies, within the Faculty of Humanities at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. She holds a habilitation (2009) focusing on Victor Auburtin and Alfred Polgar's feuilleton works and completed her doctoral thesis (2000) on Brecht, Dürrenmatt, and Handke's dramatic works.
