Doris Marko

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Doris Marko is a Professor at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Vienna, affiliated with the Institute of Food Chemistry and Toxicology and the Department of Microbiology and Ecosystem Research. Her research focuses on mycotoxin toxicology, food safety, and environmental risk assessment. She leads projects addressing emerging mycotoxin risks in beans and climate change resilience.
