Donna Sudak, MD, is a Professor and Vice Chair for Education in the Department of Psychiatry at Drexel University College of Medicine. She previously served as interim program director for the Adult Psychiatry Residency and has held leadership roles including president of the American Association of Directors of Psychiatry Residency Programs (2018–2019) and membership on the ACGME Psychiatry Review Committee. Her academic background includes an MD from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and a BS from Ursinus College.
Dr. Sudak’s research and clinical expertise focus on psychotherapy training, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and medical education innovation. She has authored numerous publications on topics such as structural racism in healthcare, residency program leadership, and burnout prevention among psychiatry directors.
