Dr Donna Murray is an academic developer and Head of Masters Provision at the Institute for Academic Development (IAD), University of Edinburgh. She leads initiatives to support taught postgraduate students (PGT) in academic development since 2011, collaborating with Colleges, Schools, and programs across the university. Her research focuses on self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intent, and pedagogical models for PGT students, transitions in higher education, and online/distance learning at the Masters level.
