Donna Brostek Lee is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Kentucky's Department of Early Childhood, Special Education and Counselor Education. She previously served as an Assistant Professor and co-coordinator of programs for visually impaired children at Western Michigan University. Her expertise focuses on supporting children with visual impairments through education and technology.

She co-developed the ViA iOS app with the Braille Institute and American Printing House for the Blind, aiding blind individuals in navigation. Her work emphasizes teacher training and accessibility.
