Dongjun Li is an Assistant Professor at Northumbria University, specializing in the Marketing Operations and Systems Department. Her research bridges theoretical and applied domains within operations management, with a focus on pricing and revenue management, game theory, and business analytics. Prior to her academic career, she spent 16 years in railway project management.

Her work applies advanced mathematical and computational methods, including stochastic programming and artificial bee colony algorithms, to address complex challenges in transportation systems, smart grids, and environmental monitoring. She has developed innovative tools for the UK railway infrastructure manager and published 5 peer-reviewed articles.
