Donato Sabia

Donato Sabia is an Associate Professor in the Department of Structural, Building and Geotechnical Engineering (DISEG) at the Polytechnic University of Turin, where he is also a member of the SISCON Interdepartmental Center for the Safety of Infrastructures and Constructions. He holds a tenured academic position and actively contributes to teaching and research in structural and earthquake engineering.

Academic Supervision and Teaching:
Donato Sabia supervises PhD students, including Pierclaudio Savino and Ward Alarab Safarani, in areas related to structural safety and earthquake engineering. He has served on doctoral colleges since 2006 and teaches courses such as Structural Earthquake Engineering, Seismic Risk, and Integrated Restoration and Conservation at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
