Donato Masciandaro is a Full Professor of Economics at Bocconi University, where he holds the Chair in Economics of Financial Regulation. He has held leadership roles including Head of the Department of Economics (2008-2010, 2013-2017), Director of the Baffi Centre on Economics, Finance and Regulation (2018-present), and Director of the Area on Economics, Politics and Decision Sciences at SDA Bocconi Business School (2023-present). He also serves as President of the SUERF (Société Universitaire Européenne de Recherches Financières) since 2024 and Director of Italy’s Financial Education Committee (2023-present).
