Donald Kluemper

Donald Kluemper is a Professor and the Area Coordinator for Management at the Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University. He has held faculty positions at the University of Illinois at Chicago (serving as Director of the Institute for Leadership Excellence and Development), Northern Illinois University, and Louisiana State University. His research focuses on personality in organizations, workplace mistreatment, leadership dynamics, and methodological rigor in organizational studies.
