Don Perini is a Professor of Creativity and Innovation and Director of the Creativity and Innovation Honors Institute at Cornerstone University's School of Business & Innovation. He holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from National University, an M.A. in Philosophy from Talbot School of Theology, and a B.A. in Christian Education from Biola University (1989).
His research interests focus on bridging knowledge and practical skills through problem-based learning, Yoda Sessions, and mentoring. He emphasizes fostering creativity, innovation, empathy, and collaboration to prepare students for dynamic careers. In 2006, he received the Teacher of the Year Award at Cornerstone University.
