Professor Don Ledingham is an Honorary Professor at Queen Margaret University's Business School and Chief Executive of Ceannas, an international leadership consultancy. His research focuses on leadership behaviors and organizational cultures in high-performing institutions. He developed the Seven Sides of Educational Leadership framework and the Ceannas Leadership Index® for executive development.
With executive experience managing 4,500 staff and £250 million budgets, he pioneered cross-authority leadership as Scotland's first executive director spanning multiple local governments. As former headteacher of Dunbar Grammar School, he led one of Scotland's top improvement turnarounds. He serves as Non-executive Director and Depute Chair of Scottish Book Trust.
