Dominic Thomas is a Professor of Information Systems at the Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University, and Co-Director of the MAD Lab. His work focuses on enhancing healthcare technology utility in organizational and individual contexts, with a 25-year teaching career and interdisciplinary expertise spanning international development, education systems design, and business systems analysis.

His research interests center on socio-technical systems, particularly how technology integration can optimize healthcare processes and human-computer interaction. This aligns with his professional work in health informatics standards and systems architecture.
