Dolors Herbera Espinal

Dolors Herbera Espinal is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), affiliated with the Faculty of Science and Biosciences. She is part of the Laboratori d'interaccions entre geometria, àlgebra i topologia (LIGAT) and holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from UAB (1992). Her research focuses on ring theory, module theory, homological algebra, and their interplay with C*-algebras. She has supervised doctoral theses and actively participates in research projects funded by national and international grants.

Her research output spans over 30 years, with contributions in journals like Forum Mathematicum and book chapters in advanced algebra. She is currently leading projects on algebraic structures and their interactions with dynamical systems.
