Dolly Sacristan

Dolly Sacristan serves as an Assistant Professor in the Social Work department at Ramapo College of New Jersey, part of the School of Social Science and Human Services (SSHS). She joined the Ramapo College faculty in 2017 and maintains her office in room G210 on campus.

Her academic work focuses on Social Work within the interdisciplinary framework of SSHS, which integrates insights from anthropology, criminology, economics, history, gender studies, literature, philosophy, political science, psychology, sociology, and comparative studies. The SSHS offers various undergraduate and graduate programs including the Master of Social Work (MSW), Master of Arts in Educational Leadership (MAEL), and Master of Arts in Special Education (MASE).

Professor Sacristan is affiliated with the Social Work Program, which connects with other SSHS programs including Law and Society, Psychology, and Pre-Law Advising. These programs participate in interdisciplinary convening groups, conferences, and research initiatives addressing social issues.
