Dirk Brown

Dirk Brown serves as Faculty Director of the McNair Institute for Entrepreneurism and Free Enterprise and Clinical Assistant Professor of International Business at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. He holds a joint appointment with the College of Engineering & Computing and Innovista, overseeing statewide entrepreneurial initiatives. His roles include teaching, advising, and supporting commercialization projects with entities like Savannah River Nuclear Labs and Greenwood Genetic Center. Brown has extensive executive experience, including founding CEO roles at Pandoodle Corporation and Neoconix, focusing on disruptive technologies in digital media and electronics.
