Diogo Veríssimo is a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford's Department of Biology, specializing in applying behavioral science to biodiversity conservation. With 15+ years of experience, his work spans social marketing, community-based conservation, and human behavior interventions across 15+ countries. He holds leadership roles including Chair of the IUCN SSC CEC Behaviour Change Task Force and co-founded the Conservation Marketing Working Group.
Education includes a PhD in Biodiversity Management (University of Kent), MSc in Conservation Biology (University of Kent), and BSc in Environmental Biology (Lisbon University).
