Dina Skotnes

Dina Skotnes is a Doctoral Research Fellow and PhD candidate at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Department of Public Law. She has served as a deputy judge at the Inner and Eastern Finnmark District Court and as a researcher II at the department.
