Manthos Mattheou

Manthos Mattheou is a Visiting Professor at Neapolis University, where he currently teaches Civil Procedure. He also serves as Head of the Litigation Department at Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC in Paphos. With a career spanning law, judiciary, and academia, he obtained his LL.B. from University College London (1985). He practiced law privately (1991–1997), served as a District and Senior District Court Judge (1997–2018), and retired voluntarily from judicial duties in 2018. His academic contributions include teaching Law of Succession, Civil Wrongs Law, and Equity/Trusts at Neapolis University (2019–2021).
