Dimo Dimov

Dimo Dimov is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Bath School of Management. His research explores entrepreneurial journeys from idea generation to venture creation across independent, corporate, and social contexts. He directs the Innovation Bridge Beacon and leads multiple research projects on collective decision-making and digital transformation in higher education.

As Director of the Centre for Research in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Bath, he examines how entrepreneurs and investors navigate uncertainty during opportunity development. His scholarly work appears in leading journals including Journal of Management Inquiry, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, and International Business Review. Professor Dimov serves on editorial boards and regularly examines PhD theses internationally.
