Dimitur Georgiev Stavrev

Prof. Dimitur Georgiev Stavrev, MD, PhD, DSc, is a Professor in Disaster Medicine (Marine Medicine) at the Faculty of Public Health, Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna. He specializes in Anatomy, Histology, and Cytology, with a focus on maritime medicine, disaster response, and water rescue training. He has contributed to over 200 publications, including 17 books such as the first academic textbook on Maritime Medicine.
