Dr Dimitrios Kagiaros is an Associate Professor at Durham Law School, specializing in European Human Rights Law, Freedom of Expression, and the impact of austerity measures on human rights. He previously held roles at the University of Exeter and University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on whistleblower protection, ECHR jurisprudence, and the balance between public interest and state interests. He serves on the editorial board of The European Convention on Human Rights Law Review.
