Dimitri de Araújo Costa

Dr. Dimitri Costa is a biologist and researcher affiliated with the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), where he serves as a PhD Researcher at the Núcleo de Ecologia Aquática e Pesca da Amazônia (NEAP). He is also a researcher at the CIIMAR - Interdisciplinary Centre of Marine and Environmental Research, University of Porto, Portugal, and has academic ties to the Universidade Federal da Paraíba. His work spans taxonomy, systematics, ecology, environmental education, and ocean literacy, with a focus on marine and freshwater invertebrates such as polychaetes, echinoderms, mollusks, and crustaceans.
