Dimitri Gagliardi

Dr Dimitri Gagliardi is a Senior Lecturer and Research Fellow at the University of Manchester's Manchester Business School and the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research. He has held academic roles since 1996, including teaching assistant and lecturer positions, and completed a PhD in Economics and Institutions. His research focuses on innovation economics, policy, and management, particularly in technology-intensive sectors like medicine, pharmaceuticals, and ICT, as well as entrepreneurship and SMEs. He has contributed to projects like the ERA-LEARN initiative and collaborated with institutions such as ESRC-CRIC and PREST.
