Prof. Dietmar Wellisch is a Professor and Head of the Institute for Business Taxation and Pension at the University of Hamburg. He holds positions at the University of Hamburg Business School and the International Tax Institute. His career includes professorships at TU Dresden, Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, and a Visiting Assistant Professorship at Indiana State University.
